Item was sent next business day since I purchased the phone on a Saturday. I got the phone in four days which is extremely fast in my location. Phone was so new that I didn't find anything issue, it was as I had purchased it directly from OnePlus. The box was very secured and handled with care. Inside it was everything as described.
