The seller provided an incomplete address to USPS, which caused delivery issues. When I asked for address verification, the seller did not respond, and I had to contact the post office directly to prevent the package from being returned to sender. In addition, the listing pictured a USB-C watch charger, but the item arrived with a slower USB-A charger that was not shown in the listing. While the watch itself was in the expected condition, the overall experience was inconvenient and unprofessional due to the bait-and-switch with the charger

Great product for what little time I had it. I took it with me to my grandpas and was bushogging on my grandpas tractor and the phone slipped out of my pocket and I ran it over and chopped it up with the bushhog so I barely got to use the phone. 544 dollars down the drain. Over in only a few minutes.

Seller was prompt to ship. Phone condition was worse than pictures, when pictures could have easily been taken to show true condition. Seller did however offer a full refund.
