Shipment was fast but the post office made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong PO Box. While I understand this is not the seller’s fault, it’s also not mine as well. I messaged just to advise of the situation and asked for a description of the package so I could provide that info to my local post office workers. I never received a response from the seller after messaging three days in a row. Luckily, it ended up showing up in my box.

The seller provided an incomplete address to USPS, which caused delivery issues. When I asked for address verification, the seller did not respond, and I had to contact the post office directly to prevent the package from being returned to sender. In addition, the listing pictured a USB-C watch charger, but the item arrived with a slower USB-A charger that was not shown in the listing. While the watch itself was in the expected condition, the overall experience was inconvenient and unprofessional due to the bait-and-switch with the charger
