This was my first experience with Swappa, or any website to buy a cell phone. Swappa was suggested to me by someone in the wireless industry. I've had a great experience on the site and w/ this seller. The phone was in the mail very soon after the transaction, as indicated & tracked by the USPS shipping & tracking link provided. Once it arrived, the phone was in great shape, as described & seems to work fine. The included charger is a little different from a USB3.0-designed charger, but works fine as well. Overall, a great experience & I would use Swappa and buy from this seller again!
