MacBook Pro in great condition. Cord in good condition. Seller didn’t alert me that he had to issue a new label with new tracking number, but pointed out new info when I inquired. Laptop arrived on time. Packaging adequate, but it was risky to ship packed only in tight bubble wrap envelopes. Username on computer did not have password. Seller sent password promptly when I inquired.

Edit 3: This user is try hard to not give a full refund. He tried selling 8x Note 8's all at once and either lost track of which one was paid off or was trying to trick the person/people he sold to. I had this phone for 5-6 months and he never noticed any EIP charges on his bills throughout it all? That sounds either extremely negligent or something very fishy.

Edit 2: Phone is being returned and refund is being made. Seller made mention of karma coming back to me. All I did was abide by the expectations and policies of Swappa. I was sold a phone that was still attached to an installment plan (he alleges that it was a mistake because he was selling 7 other phones at the time) and that's a clear violation.

Edit: T-mobile determined that this phone is still on an installment plan.
