We had problems with the phone freezing up from the first day we used it. The seller was difficult to work with. Finally, after a couple of months of him telling me it was error on our end, I took it to a "fix it" guy who said the problem is internal and we should send it back. Phoneguy said we could. He gave me an address. I mailed it back on my dime and never heard from him again. I had to go through paypal to get my money refunded.

Smooth transaction. Iphone 11 came sooner than expected which made my wife's Christmas. Iphone is as described, so far working great. If I was to nitpick there was no power cord or brick. Although not required it would have been nice. Would buy from again.
