Phone ended up having a problem with the charging port :'( It was unfortunate and no fault of the seller, but the seller made it a much better experience. The seller was understanding and prompt with issuing a refund and taking care of the problem. The phone hardware was unsuccessful, but the purchasing and return experience was successful.

Received item today. Placed it on the charging cradle and message came up that said "Use original charger". It does not tell the time remaining for charging like my wife's charger. Not sure about the long term affects on battery. I understand it's a used watch but definitely a little disappointed.

Update: Seller helped to resolve the issue with the first charging cradle. Would definitely buy from seller again. Thank you.
