The phone was in great condition (open box) as described. After accidently shipping the wrong device and than receiving the correct device to find out it was locked by a CDMA carrier other than Verizon, received a full refund. Hands down the best deal I've ever gotten on any device. The phone is pretty much unused and even has a few pieces of protective film from the factory left on it. I was able to activate it on Ting as soon as I got a SIM card.

Phone is as described and works. The packaging was not good, they didn't wrap it in bubble wrap and they put it in a thin envelope with no padding. But the phone arrived fine so I'm giving a 5 star rating.
