I purchased a device listed as mint condition and received a device that was worn and had scratches on the screen. Seller in my opinion is dishonest because they were very clearly visible there's no way that he couldn't see them and to list it as mint conditions with NO scratches was a straight up lie. I'm disappointed that I was lied to. I would advise buyers to look as closely as you can at photos before buying. Unfortunately I didn't see the scratches in the photos but they were there when I got the phone. The performance works well and device seems to operate fine, just didn't expect to get a used phone. Buy with caution.

Phone had a dead spot. Seller agreed to refund. Phone was returned and seller said refund was submitted, but no refund was issued. Had to escalate to PayPal. Buyer beware.

USPS lost the phone in their warehouse for a week, but it eventually got here. I recommend the seller buys insurance next time or a better class of mail service. Phone was delivered as described. Ultimately, I'm a happy customer.
