Phone was received quickly. Sending it two day mail is a nice service. It is new and is a beautiful phone. No signs of use at all, and all accessories were included. My only complaint is the phone should have been listed as a Verizon unlocked iphone 5c and not a unlocked GSM iphone 5c . But is works great on the At&t network. So I am very happy and would buy again.

Very nice condition device and arrived as promised. In addition, the seller paid for 2-day shipping because I didn't have a phone for a few days. HOWEVER, the phone arrived still attached to an account with a massive debt. I couldn't activate the phone and had to return the device. Probably not the norm for this seller (many amazing reviews), but definitely my worst experience with swappa.

I must note though, the phone was quite dirty and dusty when I received it. Nothing I couldn't wipe off, but used or not, a customer doesn't want their gadget dirty on arrival.
