Excellent communication about device and shipping info. Seller shipped device out same day as sale and I received item more quickly than expected. Item is exactly as described except for there's a significant amount of scratches on the camera light lense though this doesn't seem to affect the quality of the photos.

Scratches were as advertised. Neglected to provide tracking information through Swappa but I still received the shipping information through PayPal. Phone functions perfectly. Overall very happy with the phone just wish the seller would of been better at contacting me/ giving the shipping info.

Thank you Taylor S. for coming through with what was advertised. First time user on this site and have to say I was a bit hesitant. But you delivered what was promised so for that I thank you good sir...

I received the phone yesterday and it appears to be brand new like mentioned. I also took the phone to Verizon Wireless who informed me that the phone had a clean ESN. The only possible issues with the phone which aren't really issues in my opinion are that the SIM card that came with the phone did not show the same SIM card number as the one indicated on the box for the phone. I don't consider this an issue because Verizon Wireless simply gave me a new SIM card for free and set up the phone using it. The second was that the plastic that was still on the phone was only on the back of the phone. Again I don't really consider this an issue.

But so far I am happy with the new phone and it works perfectly. As of now the phone is exactly as described. Thanks for the phone and the fast shipping!
