iPad was misrepresented as being in good condition. Screen had clearly water and physical damage, and had yellow-gray discoloration throughout the display.

Phone was defective and seller dragged his feet with the refund needless to say I will no buy from him again.

Sold a non working (blacklisted) phone. Took a week to ship (had to contact first in order for them to ship) did not include refund for return S&H cost.

The phone worked 100% but bad battery broblems and non working charger port

Late delivery, charger not working which wasn't explained on the selling page. Has More Damage than i thought.

Very nice condition device and arrived as promised. In addition, the seller paid for 2-day shipping because I didn't have a phone for a few days. HOWEVER, the phone arrived still attached to an account with a massive debt. I couldn't activate the phone and had to return the device. Probably not the norm for this seller (many amazing reviews), but definitely my worst experience with swappa.
