this phone was a dud. There are recurring problems with the touch screen that weren’t obvious when it arrived. This phone should not have been sold with these problems.

Phone arrived in less than two business days. It is the phone that was in the pictures. It boots. Will know more tomorrow when I get a sim card in it and activate it. But for now, I am very pleased with how this process has worked. I CAN GET RID OF MY GRANDPA PHONE! Will add more later if that is possible.

Update: SIM card purchased, phone activated. Everything is good. I would not hesitate to buy another phone from these fine folks at NEWCELL4YOU.

My two transactions with Hubert have been more than fair. I bought a first iPhone 6 in "mint" condition that turned out to be buggy -- touchscreen did not respond consistently. He took it back easy as can be (I shipped it all the way across country). Meanwhile I purchased a second phone from him designated as "good" condition, which to me looked no worse than the first one, and it worked fine. I used the packaging from the second phone to ship back the first.
