Works as intended

Seller not responsive until Swappa Help stepped in.
Took phone to Apple Store for excessive heat issue.

Shipped label printed n day item was to have shipped. But not actually given to post office until next day. Then msg to seller was ignored. Phone seems fine.

Everything on the phone is great but the Camaras DO NOT WORK at all and speaker is blown so I’m a little frustrated

Arrived quick, clean, and functional.

The ad for the phone clearly stated quick next day shipping, but the seller did not send it out until 2.5 days later. The package got rerouted by the carrier, and quite delayed, which was not the seller or swappa's fault, but I thought at least an apology was in order. Nothing. The phone could have been better packaged. One end was not protected.

Cannot use phone as iCloud is still tied to previous owner.

Great item. As described. Shipping was a little slow.
