My phone worked initially and then the screen went black the following morning and wouldn't start up when I attempeted a software update. I was able to send the phone to LG and the chip board was replaced. The refurbished phone is functioning as it should now. Guessing it was just a dud.

I purchased this phone while working out of state, I had it shipped to my work location. The phone took over a week to arrive, so I returned home prior to receiving my device. I had to make arrangements to get the device shipped to my home. It took approximately two weeks to receive the device. I noticed the rear camera shaking when I tried to transfer information from one device to the other. I contacted the seller , he stated it was functional prior to shipping. I’m not sure what transpired from point a-b and finally to me.

Came 4 days late because of USPS

Phone came as shown. Just came two days later with USPS shipping which is not the seller's fault.

was shipped timely but phone was not as described, rear camera was not working. Thankfully was still under warranty with Samsung

Quick shipping, and good packaging. Screen was definitely on the lower end of "Fair". Overall still satisfied with purchase.

The seller replied to all questions quickly. The phone had more scratches than I would like but the seller worked with me to resolve our disagreement over the condition.

The shipping was quick, but would have liked to been notified it was signature required. Also, I’d never thought I’d complain about packaging, but whoever packaged it is a sociopath.

Seller sold me a blacklisted Galaxy S8. Then asked me to return the device, and made me eat shipping as well as all the accessories I purchased for the device. Accused me of not including everything I was sent, and using the phone that I paid $680 for. I am honestly not sure I would have gotten refunded if I couldn't open a dispute/claim. Seller is flat out rude with awful communication.

The phone I received was not in the condition listed, and the seller was unwilling to address the issue.
