Seller said it was in fair condition, didn’t upload clear photos, and when it arrived was way below fair condition.

Did not honor my request, waste of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM! Says easy returns but this is not the case. I purchsed a phone from them in using their own words had "Minor scratches and nothing major". Upon reciept of the device it was quite the opposite. Scratches were deep and could esily be felt with a fingertip, you didn't even have to use a fingernail. Now the seller is making me open a paypal case for a refund. BEWARE!

The phone didn’t work properly. Had to send it back. Huge hassle.

Purchased "new" phone from seller that was ultimately defective and would never power up. Customer service was very poor, immediately accusing me of modifying the phone when it never worked to begin. Scam. Luckily PayPal granted me a full refund. Would advise everyone to avoid this seller.

The phone stopped charging only days after I received it. This is a fraud.

Seller immediately canceled purchase and refunded claiming the "couldn't ship item until next week." I offered to wait until next week and received no reply. Seller then relisted the item for $100 more the very next day. Questionable business practices.

Seller sold me a blacklisted Galaxy S8. Then asked me to return the device, and made me eat shipping as well as all the accessories I purchased for the device. Accused me of not including everything I was sent, and using the phone that I paid $680 for. I am honestly not sure I would have gotten refunded if I couldn't open a dispute/claim. Seller is flat out rude with awful communication.

The phone I received was not in the condition listed, and the seller was unwilling to address the issue.

IMEI Blocked after 3 months of use.
