Misleading comments about shipping, did not ship for almost a week after ordering. However phone was in much better condition than expected.

Product arrived as described. However, they put a lightning cable instead of a type C. Not an issue for me, but for someone who doesn't already have a type C cable, I can see how that'd be annoying. Seems like a pretty important detail they should've gotten right.

Got refund

I am about to mention everything on my experience with this seller: he/she excedeed the top limit to send the phone, lack of communication didn´t answer my questions and i had to contac swappa staff too many times, gave a me a typce c charger and I bought iPhone, the phone was as described and also included apple warranty!, this seller does freight forwarding that´s a good point, overall the phone came as shown and I´m pleased with it.

Phone was indeed in mint condition complete with original packaging and charger.
When I received it, it was somehow locked with a passcode. When I asked about the passcode, instead of being helpful and trying to look for a solution I was greeted with hostility and their first response was suggesting to Swappa that I was trying to scam them. Very agressive and unpleasant support experience, hence the neutral score.

Eventually managed to factory reset the phone myself and it's working perfectly.

Took seller 7 days and reaching out to the Swappa team to get shipping information posted.

The iPad seems to be in good shape . . . but there was no power cord or earbuds, as I expected.

Seller never communicated after purchase. Fortunately received a tracking number through PayPal on day 2 after purchase and received within 5 days after purchase through priority mail with confirmation signature which was the described shipping method. Phone was received in described condition. Thank you

The phone was delivered in the condition promised. However, shipping and communication were a bit slow.

The communication isn’t great and the shipping takes about a week and a half but I got the product and I love it!

Shipment was pretty slow considering the normal speed of my purchases on swappa. After reading through the other reviews for this seller it seems like it's a business that isn't going to process your shipment quickly. They will also be slow with communication, but the device was exactly as described and had nothing wrong with it. Overall I'd probably choose an individual seller from now on, but don't have anything truly negative to say about this seller if you're on the fence.

Very well packaged for travel. Plenty of bubble wrap and tape.

Communication could have been better but the product was as described.

I bought this device and was told it was unlocked and ready to activate but when the device arrived, I checked the IMEI and it was financed. Talked to the seller and they assured me it would be paid off eventually. So, I couldn't use it until then. Absolutely unacceptable. I talked with the seller and told me I could get a refund if I sent it back so I sent it back. It sat in the post office for 2 weeks before it was picked up and I didn't receive my refund for another month. I had to open a PayPal dispute and the seller tried to assure me that I would get the refund when the dispute closed but I had to have PayPal step in to get my money back. No communication after the device was picked up from the post office. Absolutely awful seller. I will by no means ever buy from this seller again.
