Being as fair as possible... The item (cellphone) arrived well, but after 2 and a half months, it is blocked and appears on the BLACKLIST and since then the client never appeared and I do not take responsibility for the matter and it was almost 1k dollars the investment. I had a similar case, but unlike him he was extremely diligent... I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER BECAUSE OF HIS LACK OF COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY... Thank you!
The phone has coverage issues, it loses network multiple times a day
I just found out this phone is not unlocked since it is not fully paid off through tmobile.
Unable to activate phone due to the phone not being payed in full to the original carrier.
Update: Seller has been slow to respond or take action. Seller has not gone out of their way to make things right after selling a phone that was non-functional.
Update 2: Seller takes far too long to respond to requests.
Update 3: Have been waiting a week for a refund since the seller received a returned phone. Have had to get Swappa support involved multiple times.
Update 4: It has been nearly a month since the phone was returned and I have still not received my refund. Checking with PayPal they have notified me this is because the seller doesn't have sufficient funds in their account. In other words their check bounced.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.
They are rude, condescending, and can't even return your money in a reasonable time frame due to mistakes that are 100% their fault. AVOID THIS SELLER!
Communication poor
Bad service... Very slow respond... The iPhone was locked
At first, the problem was postal issues. But since I told the seller, they didn’t do anything to help me, I had to do everything trying to get their refund in order for them to give me mine. Half a month after delivering the product, they gave me a refund because I opened a case in PayPal.
Perfect product, really bad at handling and helping customers.
Sold me a device that was financed and unpaid for, meaning it wouldn't work after maybe 2 months of me receiving the device. The seller also received the device probably 20 days ago due to USPS not scanning the package I wasn't aware. It took a paypal dispute to get my money back. Overall the seller is unprofessional when it comes to checking what he sells. Thanks for wasting my time and money.
I bought this device and was told it was unlocked and ready to activate but when the device arrived, I checked the IMEI and it was financed. Talked to the seller and they assured me it would be paid off eventually. So, I couldn't use it until then. Absolutely unacceptable. I talked with the seller and told me I could get a refund if I sent it back so I sent it back. It sat in the post office for 2 weeks before it was picked up and I didn't receive my refund for another month. I had to open a PayPal dispute and the seller tried to assure me that I would get the refund when the dispute closed but I had to have PayPal step in to get my money back. No communication after the device was picked up from the post office. Absolutely awful seller. I will by no means ever buy from this seller again.
