Seller did not even reply to my messages to see if I could return the phone to get one that can be unlocked/ is compatible with my phone carrier(locking carrier told me that the phone cannot be unlocked because it has a pending balance on it), or help get details about phone payment history. The seller only got back to me after I talked to swappa support first, to state in one phrase with not helpful details that "the return cannot be accepted because it was listed correctly". Talk about relationship between seller and customer.

The phone was advertised as "Unlocked", but was locked to an operator, and could only be used in the US.
Be careful when purchasing from this seller.

The phone was listed as mint. It was not. There were a cluster of fine scratches on the screen lower left and hairline scratches on the top upper right. Otherwise the phone was functional and great. NOT MINT, this was not something that could have been accidentally overlooked. If I did not need the device right now, I would have filed a grievance.

The phone worked fine for the first year + due according to a verizon employee because I was using prepaid service. When I tried to change my plan with verizon I was told I am unable to do so because the device is locked by the "owner" most likely reported lost or stollen and therefore I can't update the sim card like they told me I need to do or change anything. If the seller sees this and is willing to reach out and explain why this that would be great

The seller failed to note in the posting that the item would not be compatible with Verizon accounts on a postpay plan, even though many verizon prepaid phones are compatible with a postpay plan. I found the posting misleading.

The seller was unwilling to work with me to return the unused phone and I would advise against buying from this seller

This phone has a very bad reaction screen, meaning that the screen isn't moving up to speed with what im doing.. i just received it today and am not sure if I should send it back or what.
