While I would have probably described the condition of the phone as Good rather than Mint, as there were a couple of scratches on the screen, overall, the phone was in great condition.

The phone worked fine for about a week. I started noticing sensitivity issues a week. At first I wrote it off as a fluke and restarted my phone. Now it happens almost all the time. When it does, touches in a certain area don’t work and register on the other side of the screen or every touch will register as a long hold. It’s very unpredictable and very frustrating. I haven’t dropped the device at all and I have a huge case on it. It may be the new iOS 16 and if so I’ll come edit this. Just frustrated

Shipment was quick as expected (express). Phone as described BUT battery at 0% which shocked me at the beginning. I thought I got a „dead“ phone. Batteries should be kept at 40% for storage. After starting battery showed still a very good health, do in the end everything is fine.

Seller did not even reply to my messages to see if I could return the phone to get one that can be unlocked/ is compatible with my phone carrier(locking carrier told me that the phone cannot be unlocked because it has a pending balance on it), or help get details about phone payment history. The seller only got back to me after I talked to swappa support first, to state in one phrase with not helpful details that "the return cannot be accepted because it was listed correctly". Talk about relationship between seller and customer.
