I got the phone, it was packaged fine, but I would have liked a tracking number

Phone didn’t work but every was resolved with no issues would recommend!

Seller was unresponsive for a bit however it was around a holiday time, the phone was advertised unlocked and my sim wasn’t working had to call my carrier to activate it however the phone came in perfect condition and now works on my carrier.

The auxiliary jack doesn't work and the phone is not unlocked. Seller is not cooperating in staying original carrier.

Went to set up the phone, but it's still on your network. If you could take it off so I can actually use it, then no problems here.

Edit: Phone that was sent to me ended up having a hardware issue that came up after about 2 weeks of having the phone. Looking to return the phone and get another one. Still recommend the seller, but maybe not the iPhone 7.

Phone was shipped pretty dang quick and was just as described. Came with block and cable. Great seller!

Phone was not in the condition stated. Heavy scratches on screen and rear camera.

The device had what appeared to be a non-genuine screen. It had a fairly severe blueish tint, it popped in and out a little bit, and the proximity sensor was completely non functional, so the phone screen would stay on during calls, causing buttons to be pressed.

However the seller was prompt to offer a refund, and even paid for return shipping.

The phone can’t be activated bc the contract it was purchased I need to know how we cAn resolve this issue of maybe even a refund if I can’t use it but they are taking care of the problem
