Phone had charging issues kept saying there was debris or water damage. Tried cleaning charging port as instructed by phone help software but to no avail. Sending phone back and getting refund.

The device did not come as describe. Phone stated no service. No fix from Apple as their program ended in 2018 to fix the issue. Sent the device back to the seller after they said they would give me a full refund. It was not until I open a PayPal dispute and Swappa intervened that they refunded the money. I see they have refunded the money in my account, but the money still has not shown up. I will give them the 30 days that PayPal states but if it’s not there then I will file another dispute. I have never had a bad experience in Swappa before l, but I legitimately feel this was a bad experience. Especially when I had to go purchase an iPhone XR just because I needed a working iPhone that night and the one sold to me didn’t now work as described.

If youre looking for an advise whether or not doing business with this seller, all I say is go do it with other sellers( dont get me wrong here, Swappa Support is awesome). I made the purchase on Jul 23th, the seller sent it out on 26th. I got the phone on 29th but its fingerprint sensor was not working so I had to return it ( he claimed that the phone was FULLY functional). He got the phone on Aug 2nd but he only sent me the refund on Aug 7th after I had to file a dispute through Paypal ( Swappa Support asked him to refund me but he did not respond). You might be seeing good deals with this seller, but trust me, you dont wanna get further problems that I had to go through.

This guy screwed me over. I bought my 12 year old son, an iPhone to use and it links to his type 1 diabetes pump. The phone shit the bed with a bad modem, resulting in my son having to go to the hospital. There is a special place in the world for people like this seller. I really hope they disable his account . I want my money back ASAP!

This seller is out to lunch. Sold me a phone that was still under lease and therefore unusable. Proceeded to try to get me to pay for return shipping until I complained about it. I Asked for the IMEI of replacement phone and was unresponsive for 4 days so I asked for a refund. The one thing seller did right was return my money promptly. Have been without a phone for over 2 weeks over this mess...

Phone doesn't work!! No water damage, no serious tumbles of any sort, and it's been in an otter box case the whole time.The home button has been loose since purchase, screen is blotchy, something from the circuitry is pressing against the back of the screen when I press the home button, wouldn't hold a charge, and now the battery is blowing up!!!

Not for international customers, who won't be able to return the phones. Although the seller is ready to give a refund, it's not always easy to actually return the phone, so you're stuck with it. Basic quality control is heavily lacking here.

After about 2 weeks of using the phone, it stopped connecting to my network carrier ! Came to find out the phone got blocked. Seller mentioned "It's possible the device is financed or blacklist of some sort .." but after 12 days of presenting my issue, I received ZERO follow-up to help resolve. If purchasing, be prepared to have to deal with these issues on your own.

Buying from this seller was a very long , annoying and unpleasant experience to say the least...The seller shipped the wrong phone not once, but twice when he sent the replacement and took absolutely no initiative when it came to rectifying the situation. It was a constant back and forth with messages, I was the one that had to take the phones both times to the post office to ship out and while I was reimbursed it was very annoying and inconvenient as I was not the one who made the mistake. Furthermore, it took about a month and 2 weeks from the time I purchased the first phone to the the time transaction was closed and I received a refund. Buy at your own risk

Terrible experience overall. Phone came in with a battery that needed replacement (phone drained quick, shut down multiple times during use, overheated). Took far too long to get things remedied. He did work with me and offered a refund, so I appreciated that.
