Although there were issues the seller handled it with a lot of professionalism and I was issued a swift refund. He's a standup kind of guy and I would not mind doing business with them again.

Got the iPad Pro as described. I did have to uninstall the basic Apple apps and reinstall them because they wouldn’t work the first time but they worked fine after that. Also, it takes forever to fully charge but that’s probably not the sellers doing. Did wish the seller communicated and at least confirmed that they were fulfilling my request. It all went well but had to wait and see thru website that my request to ship with a tracking number actually happened. I would buy from this seller again because I got a great working iPad like I expected. Thank you.

this phone has a terrible battery life and started completely glitching after a few days. I tried reaching out to return the phone and he wouldnt respond to my messages.

Was frustrated with the seller. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, even after I told them that my Paypal address was to my previous address in a different state. They still shipped the computer to the previous state, even though I did not confirm my Paypal address. Swappa staff was helpful in trying to get the computer sent to me, but the seller did not communicate at all! I ended up having to pay shipping through UPS website to reroute the shipping. It added an extra week and $20 to my purchase price. This is only my 3rd swappa purchase, but I will not do business with this seller again, despite their otherwise great reviews. If you need communication from your seller, go a different route than buying from him.
