Fast shipping, good price, attentive seller, working watch but not mint condition as advertised . Had few scratches. Should have been “good” condition. No big deal

The item had more scratches than what was listed. It was returned back to the seller and a full refund was received plus return shipping cost. Although I was disappointed in the item, I was happy with the customer service.

SanDisk was not included which was a listed in the original photos. Bummer

The camera clearly needed some cleaning and it didn't look "mint" condition to me but is in very good shape. Shipping was longer than expected with package not being dropped off until the end of the third day after purchase and box came in a bad condition but this was likely the shipping companies fault. At any rate, I have the camera and it works.

There was a dent on a corner showing it had been dropped hard. Everything works fine now. I just worry it will have a shorter lifetime because of this hit.

The system came in a slightly crushed box, though I believe that was on the services behalf and not the shipper. As for the system itself, it was dead on arrival with no charge and wasn't formatted back to factory settings, meaning that I had to handle that myself. It works and was as specified, save that the right joycon's triggers are not responding and the left joycon is dead entirely. Besides that, it's fine. I got the part I wanted which was the console, but it had enough downsides to make this a meh experience.

It’s the computer I ordered, however it’s a little dirtier than I expected. Not a problem at all but that was just one thing and I am waiting on the user to share his password with me so I can fully sync my information to it

Hey I got it but it’s not reseted and for me to reset it I need the parental control password so can I get that real quick

I like my purchase. However, I have to be removing the battery as it makes the camera get hot, when off and not in use.

MacBook Air what I bought was in the same condition like a described. Fully functional. But it was very dirty (a lot of dried marks, fingerprints and some other pieces of lifecycle). Charger cord very dirty (not white, more grey) and twisted in more places. Ok, I understand this is used device, but after 13 charge cycles (3 month in use according to CoconutBattery) notebook can't been in this condition. Or maybe might need to clean it before selling. Or maybe charger is not a part of kit this laptop. ¯\_(?)_/¯

The seller never completed the tracking number or responded to any messages from me or Swappa asking for that information. The computer finally arrived 7 days after purchase, but without the charger that the publication promised. At that point the seller did answer my claim and mailed the charger to me. That said, the computer is in perfect technical and aesthetic condition, it looks almost like a new one.

Product came as advertised but seller had poor communication.

iPad is still being paid off for another account and is unusable.

Item received within few days and protected by good wrapping materials, but the seller is submitting the paypal transaction as money transfer or quasi cash, now, my credit card issuer has additional 15 dollar charge to my credit card. this is consider additional cost to me.
