Drone came in condition described, however the drone is still bound to previous owners account and the seller never responded to messages.

Camera is very damaged. And I would like a refund. Not described how it was deliveredz

Inaccurate product description. Was advertised as LTE version of the Pixel Watch but was actually the WiFi/Bluetooth only model. The serial number on the listing also had a typo in it so I was unable to verify the model before purchase. Seller offered a $20 refund if I decided to keep the watch but never received it.

Unfortunately this was not a stellar sale. shipping took too long, device arrived with activation lock, and seller made return more difficult than it needed to be.

A port on the laptop is broken, which was not described in the listing description and is not allowed by Swappa. I let the seller know and they responded positively asking what we could do to make it right, but then ghosted me after that and completed the sale. I will have to fix the port on my own.

Cancelled the purchase :(

I have literally bought hundreds of phones on swappa and I can honestly say I have never received one so filthy. You could hardly hear out of the ear speaker or loud speakers because they were cram-packed full of "gunk." All three buttons were hard to press and felt very sticky. I had to spend a good amount of time cleaning the speakers before I could hear anything out of them without significant distortion. Did my best to clean the buttons but they are still sticky.

Really disappointing but I guess the price was right.

The device did not come as expected. The seller allowed us to return the device.

Less than two weeks after receiving the ChromeBook, the charger stopped working randomly. No physical damage or misuse. Seller hasn't replied since reporting this to him days ago, will fix review if response given in a timely manner...

this phone has a terrible battery life and started completely glitching after a few days. I tried reaching out to return the phone and he wouldnt respond to my messages.

Was frustrated with the seller. Absolutely no communication whatsoever, even after I told them that my Paypal address was to my previous address in a different state. They still shipped the computer to the previous state, even though I did not confirm my Paypal address. Swappa staff was helpful in trying to get the computer sent to me, but the seller did not communicate at all! I ended up having to pay shipping through UPS website to reroute the shipping. It added an extra week and $20 to my purchase price. This is only my 3rd swappa purchase, but I will not do business with this seller again, despite their otherwise great reviews. If you need communication from your seller, go a different route than buying from him.

Reseller that sold a phone that can't be activated with Sprint. ESN is good, but can't be used. Buyer beware, resellers don't know if the phone is good, and the ESN check with Swappa is inaccurate.

I found a problem with the iphone and reached out to the seller couple of times but the seller did not respond to me. I bought the iphone under impression that the iphone is in mint condition but it was not the case. The iphone is in good condition, but not mint. I had to pay extra $15 to fix the problem. It's nearly a month and the seller has not yet responded to me...Horrible seller....I would not deal with the seller again....Very poor on description.....
