I received the phone and went through the Swappa checklist. Everything seems to be in working order and the phone is in better condition then Good as far as I can see. If anything changes in the next week or two, I'll update my rating and review.

Item arrived promptly in excellent packaging and was, IMHO, better than the "Good" condition as listed. Case and screen were almost flawless, with just a few small dents and a few light scratches.

The upgrade took some time as the iOS of the device was older, but it all went well and I'm SO happy to hear my ring tone again as that switch on my old phone was broken and could not be fixed without basically gutting the device to get to the part.

I'm also very pleased to report that the operating condition confirmed my question to the seller in regards to the charging port. I had bought an iPhone 8 plus from another seller on this site about a year ago, and although the charging port worked and I could access iTunes, it was corroded such that the device would not recognize an earbud adaptor.

I inquired about this and the seller testified that the device was working properly, and I'm thrilled to say that I can continue to enjoy wired sound!
