Phone was supposed to have 100% battery health, was 99% when delivered. Specifically ordered a 100% phone. Could have purchased a cheaper 95-99% battery health phone from a different seller.

Received phone but disappointingly had a bad button. Returned to seller and promptly received refund. Swappa can be a crapshoot even with sellers with high ratings.

They listed a Samsung Note 9 as 'mint' that had a defective charging unit. The issue appeared immediately upon use of the phone and continued daily and did not matter what charger was used. Defective hardware was sold as mint.

Though, seller was communicative and worked with me to return the phone, provided prompt refund to my account upon return of the phone.

Overall, they should have resolved the defective charging before listing or at least let the buyer know about the defect. Everything else was 10/10

Galaxy Note 9 arrived in mint condition as described by seller. Device arrived with no scratches other than on the type C port which is expected.

I received my phone with a very obvious speaker problem that wasn't addressed in the seller's description, though I believe that it was a oversight and not bad intentions. They worked to offer solutions for me (including a full refund), but I needed a phone at the time. I felt that the seller was trying to get me off their back by shortening the window in which I could return the phone. Thankfully they refunded me $20... though I'm not sure that quite covers the headache I went through.

Advertised as "Verizon" but actually an Xfinity phone. Took a considerable amount of work at the Verizon store to activate. After two hours we finally found a solution. Hardware as advertised. Not happy about the discrepancy.

Phone was shipped fast and as described aside from a huge gash in the screen that wasn't pictured or mentioned. Condition was listed accurate, but a major blemish should be mentioned or at least photographed so a buyer knows EXACTLY what to expect before receiving the item ESPECIALLY when spending nearly $800. I won't purchase from this store again.

However just to be clear: Other than the one deep scratch the rest of the phone was as described, phone was network unlocked, it was shipped fast, and shipped securely.

Seller cancelled the sale and refunded the money. Not expected from a trusted seller.

Originally, seller sent me a non-functioning phone with an IMEI number that was blocked. The seller sent me a replacement phone, but did not send it through expedited shipping which is what I paid for in the original transaction and he promised to do it for the replacement phone. He did provide a refund for expedited shipping on request though.

The phone was described as near mint, but the screen had a bright, discolored spot, and there were deep gashes on the exterior. The vendor refunded 20 USD and gave me a 90-day warranty on the screen. Could have been much better customer service.

Audio is shot after 2 months of use.

Had issues with package delivery. Seller used unconfirmed address without appt. number instead of confirmed address with appt.#. Took longer to receive packages because of it.

The item was listed as “good” could have been “fair” small scuff/scrape in upper top right corner that wasn’t mentioned. But not noticeable once screen protector put on it.

Seller will refuse and make sure it's a big hassle if you wanted to return the item, even if that's their fault. Took me hours at Apple Store to get a proof of battery issue. Be sure to check everything (especially battery, possibly anything inside if you're an expert) before marking the sales complete. ASK question, especially about battery before purchase.
