Phone posted as Mint had scratches. Customer service took a few days to send llabel.

Phone came with a crack on the screen protector on the top-left. Not too worried since it is only on the screen protector and it has a screen protector to begin with which most phones don't.
The phone was not able to take calls or texts with my Net10 sim card. Other phones and my previous galaxy s8 was able to use the sim card. I tried to activate it with the carrier but they were having a lot of problems with registering it. I even tried multiple SIM cards but the same problem persisted. The phone keeps losing connection after a few minutes of being turned on and I even factory reset it but the problem came back. I want to return the phone and hoping that the seller will let me do so.

There were some technical issues with the buyers' product item page/ site - ended up having to contact swappa customer service, thankfully they were able to iron out the issues. phone is perfectly fine other than that. :) i will continue to use swappa but wont purchase from this store again.

Phone is saying it's not compatible with mint mobile which is the whole reason I bought it. It's supposed to be unlocked but my sim won't activate.

Phone wasn't as I expected, but the seller let me return the device with a 5% restocking fee.

The product function as describe. However, the condition is less than listed as near mint. There are many noticeable scratches on the body of the phone that is hidden from the listing pictures of the product. Also the front screen and back screen has a lot of scratches that is impossible to tell from the listing pictures. Not a bad product for the price but pictures could be more clear and be transparent about the cosmetic defective of the product

Item arrived fast. However as a couple weeks I’m noticing that the left side of the screen is going black, backlight going out. Will return for refund

The screen of a mint condition phone was covered with scratches which was being hidden by a temper glass, but they are easy to work people

It charges really slow for some weird reason and i’m using an apple charger but other than that the phone is great!

Item works great. Condition was worst than what was described. Pictures didn't show how bad scratches were(a lot of them). Should of been listed as fair instead of good.

I was having issues with the top earpiece. Had to manually clean out the top grill of the phone to hear properly as it was very gunked up with dirt.

Pixel died soon after receiving. Contacted the seller and they gave me a refund after i sent the phone back, only out the shipping costs. So far one good experience with swappa 3 bad, doubt I ever use this platform again.

it would have been nice to know that this iPhone is GSM only. Otherwise, excellent condition and fast shipping.

The condition was stated as "good with minor wear", however, due to the frame being silver and nothing about the dents in the comments, I did not notice them on the bottom corner. until receiving the phone.

Issue with the original phone I received, seller quickly understood the issue and offered a replacement device.

The phone was labeled as MINT condition. However showed signs of wear and tear. Drop marks on the body looked like they were buffed some as they were lightened and not as visible, but still there. Screen was in mint condition, which makes the phone acceptable. jJust wish it was labeled as having marks on the body so I knew it had been dropped before and was not actually mint.

The phone had a glitch that caused the phone to restart constantly. The response was swift and the return without any issues. I would have ordered a similar phone but there was none available at this point. Overall a good experience!

Phone blocked by AT&T as stolen. Help!

My rating is neutral because the phone I bought was listed with 88% battery health. When the phone arrived, I checked the battery health and it was 86%. Seller did not accurately describe the phone.

Plus, the battery was completely discharged when it arrived.

The other conditions of the phone are as described.

Information given about the phone not working on the GSM network was not accurate.
