This person was challenging to work with. They did mail the phone promptly. However, although listed as Sprint phone, Sprint explained to me this phone was not compatible with their network. This sellar did not initially respond to my sharing this information and needed prompting from Swappa staff to do so. Ultimately, the sellar did refund my payment, after I sent quotes from Sprint chat reiterating that the phone would not be possible to activate, and a week after I returned the phone to the seller.

Fast shipping. Phone almost as described, some minor scratches not mentioned but not too noticeable. Overall great seller.

The description made the phone seem in better than it actually was when it arrived. The phone had more scratches on the gold parts than the pictures shown and the screen is lifting up on left side of the phone as if it’s been replaced with an after market glass screen.

After a few weeks the phone was blacklisted and needed to be returned. I had to contact Swappa directly to get it resolved in a timely way. Ultimately I got my refund for the phone and only a partial refund for shipping even though I followed Swappa's policies. Buyer was completely unsympathetic. I understand that the situation sucks for them too but it is their responsibility. It ended up costing me time and money to buy a faulty phone
