Nick was instrumental in resolving an issue with the iphone 6s we received. The phone was in better shape then expected and the price was very reasonable. We had a battery issue, the he was able to diagnose and workout a great resolution, without having to return the unit. This is why i only buy from folks that know how to service what they sell. Thanks Nick your assistance was greatly appreciated!

charging port is defective. if the seller simply plugged the phone in, they would have known that it was defective and I could have avoided the hassle. I don't have time to ship it back for a repair/return because I am flying out of the country. I went ahead and paid out of pocket for a cellphone shop to fix the charging port for me. Lesson learned.

Very disappointed in not only the item purchased but the seller!
The phone was advertised as “functions flawlessly”, but the volume in the earpiece was faint and hard to hear. This was confirmed by ATT store.
The seller also advertised “45 day hassle-free warranty” which they did not honor. Now I am stuck with a very poor phone and no recourse.
I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

The phone was iffy at first but after a few factory resets all worked out. Perhaps the seller could have tested it out a few times over? but shipping went smoothly and it's in good condition physically.
