I have received the device and it operates normally. The aesthetics shows some damage as partially described, however, the back glass lifts, exposing a small entry point inside the phone for dust and hair to get in at the area where frame paint chipping is noticeable. I say this because there is a strand of hair inside the camera lens glass covering. I'll be working to get this hair removed by either compressed air or other means but this discovery was not a pleasant one. Though it could be worse so I accept this condition as my main desire was the camera features of the device, not necessarily a new daily driver. Thank you for the opportunity as well as for the prompt shipping with extra screen protector goodies.

I received the phone and it is immaculate. I know that the phone could not have been sold as "new" on Swappa without the box and accessories, but the this phone seems new. This is a great seller. He considered my past purchase when negotiating the price, and it really increased the personal value.
