iPad looks great and works good!

Shipped quickly and item is as described. Seller responds to issues quickly as well.

Phone had a significant issue with glue or adhesive covering the earspeaker. Could not hear any incoming calls. Having to spend a lot of time painstakingly removing it, I asked for a partial refund. Seller responded "I will refund $20 back to you, since the phone is already cheap." I made the point that the sales price should in not impact or dictate the level of service or commitment to the sale, and to reconsider that offer. Sellers response was for me to "accept offer or return phone."

To be fully transparent, the refund was issued to Paypal within an hour, however, I cannot recommend this seller due to his "policy" of limiting a refund based on the sales price (that he agrees to) of a phone.

I received the phone this afternoon. It looks the same as the seller described. I went thru the "Checklist after receiving a phone or tablet bought on Swappa" and it all passed. It's unlocked and works with my cell phone service provider and now I can call in and out with on problem. The shipping is super fast! I'm very happy with the purchase from the seller!

the phone is not mint, it looks refurbished, screen adhesive all around screen is obvious
the screen colors are bit off (greenish/redish) I guess screen was replaced before, the camera also bit blurer than usual I own Moto z4 and Z3 same phone but browken so I thought to get this one as im traveling and I hope the phone doesnt fail on me or something
