Excellent phone, literally new phone. But I bought it as Unlocked and now it does not read my sim card saying it's Verizon phone

First phone had an issue but I was given another one to replace it immediately.

Overall fine experience! Quick shipping and decent pricing. However would have rated the condition to be fair not good. Since original screen protectors were removed which is not recommended by Samsung. However would buy again. Thanks!

Phone was cosmetically pleasing. Definitely glitchy and very sensitive to touch. Sometimes I'll touch an icon and it takes me to a different place.

charger wasn't original series 7 usb-c charger. However the rest of the watch is in fine condition and shipped quick.

The camera flash was not working upon arrival and still does not work. This was not mentioned in the sale offer. Other than that the phone was as described and the seller was speedy with shipping. It's quite possible he was unaware of the broken camera flash.

Phone arrived exactly as described. Cable and wall charger were listed as generic and it was from the brand Motorola with 2.5amp. Don't think it works well long term for this Samsung brand but oh well time to buy a new one. Wonder what happened to the original cable that came with the phone lol

I purchased this phone in mint condition since i always wanted a Star Wars edition NOTE 10+ from it’s first release. I was very bummed to find that the RED S PEN had been removed and replaced with a basic BLACK S PEN. So to justify keeping this phone I had to purchase a RED S PEN from Amazon within minutes of receiving this phone :-/ versus just purchasing another one in which the RED S PEN is photographed and included in the listing.

Shipped very well protected. Appreciate the pre-installed screen protector. Even managed to avoid any bubbles.

I don’t know why after 21 days uses the touch screen is paralyzed in the top half of the screen, and there is a black line in the middle.

The good part: The phone was in excellent condition, covered with a protective film, and included a charger and a brand-new, long, braided USB cable. Seller promptly provided a return-shipping label and refunded the sale when the phone didn't work for me.

The not-so-good: The Verizon phone apparently worked when the seller used a SIM card for a non-Verizon network (Simple Mobile). However, when I used the GSM SIM card for my provider (Republic Wireless) the phone displayed the error message, "SIM Card - SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless" and I could go no further. It seems the phone was not fully unlocked, perhaps because Verizon did not completely unlock the phone.

Late response. Flashed new OS. Battery seems fairly good. You can tell phone had some use. Lil ding on the phone, but seller mentioned it. Bigger than than I read and expected. Also phone was white low key. Saw it in the images, but tittle said black. LOL

Mislabeled condition: Phone was listed as mint but had a fair scratch on one corner where it was probably dropped and the main camera also has a white fog emitting from one corner. Aside from that, the phone arrived on time and is otherwise in great shape.

Physical IMEI and digital IMEI did not match due to the back cover being replaced. Not what I was expecting for a mint phone but everything else about the phone seems to be working great.

See the comment string. Not able to add phone to T-mobile account as I was told by 4 different customer service representatives: " This phone can only be. used on the pre-paid network." Besides this issue the shipping and refund were prompt.

The ear microphone on this phone seems defective. A lot of crackling when on a call. Same even with ear buds

Was expecting the watch to be a 44mm, based on the title description. I received a 40mm, however, and upon closer inspection of the listing, lower on the description the watch was said to be 40mm. Next time, make sure the sizes are uniform across the listing.

Mint phone came with a small/minor scratch on screen. The seller returned the phone hassle free.

Phone had gunk in the speaker grill and crevices, and it did not come with the pixel accessories. Screen was flawless though and the battery didn't seem to be too worn down.

The item was advertised as Mint, but was actually only in good condition. Seller agreed to bring down the price a bit bit not as hoped.

There is a chip in the case on the rear that was not mentioned. The scratch was mentioned in the sale. Photos attached to sale. Phone works and I have a case for it.
