Phone was not connecting to the network. Had to get with customer service over 10 times, go through 3 physical SIMS, and two eSIMs. Only reason I didn't return it via Swappa was because Samsung offered me more than the purchase price. Seller seemed skeptical when I asked to return the device, wanted me to troubleshoot even after saying I already was with numerous representatives.

Overall fine experience! Quick shipping and decent pricing. However would have rated the condition to be fair not good. Since original screen protectors were removed which is not recommended by Samsung. However would buy again. Thanks!

Phone was cosmetically pleasing. Definitely glitchy and very sensitive to touch. Sometimes I'll touch an icon and it takes me to a different place.

Absolutely love the phone!!! I will say the photos did down play the scuff at the top of the phone but I don't mind as my case covers it up. Super great deal and works like a dream! Shipping was lightning fast as well! Absolutely loved this experience thank you so much!
