Sorry for being years late on doing this. Pixel 3a is great and still alive to this day.

The good part: The phone was in excellent condition, covered with a protective film, and included a charger and a brand-new, long, braided USB cable. Seller promptly provided a return-shipping label and refunded the sale when the phone didn't work for me.

The not-so-good: The Verizon phone apparently worked when the seller used a SIM card for a non-Verizon network (Simple Mobile). However, when I used the GSM SIM card for my provider (Republic Wireless) the phone displayed the error message, "SIM Card - SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless" and I could go no further. It seems the phone was not fully unlocked, perhaps because Verizon did not completely unlock the phone.

Everything went well with my purchase. My phone arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Packing was very good. The phone was in a small envelope in a box and the box was in a padded envelope. The phone was in excellent condition as described . Clean and covered with that plastic film. Just a very small scratch on the glass only visible when the phone is off. Phone is performing great as expected. Battery life is very good. No problems at all with my purchase or with the phone.
