Received phone in condition expected.

Phone arrived promptly but would not charge. Seller consistently took 48+ hours to respond to me when discussing the issue and had to be prompted by swappa staff. Responses sometimes seemed a little belittling, ex: only responding to part of my messages and reminding me that the phone was expensive, try another charging cable. Helped me return the phone and then insisted the issue was fixed and wanted to send it back to me. When I asked what the issue was, there was no response for another 2 days so I went ahead and asked for a refund. Refund was responded to immediately.

Excellent cell phone, excellent seller, excellent site, the cell phone is really new and that has been very impressive, battery is like a baby, cell phone that lasts me from 7 to 12 hours in a mixed use, really impressed with the seller, I did not think the cell phone would be really like new.
