Aweful...BEWARE OF SWAPPA AND MOBILCOM RETAIL LLC.
SWAPPA is ONLY the middleman. They approve certain sellers as VERIFIED and then when you have a problem you have to go through the the seller on your own and track them down to get any feedback or information. Have fun with that...huge waste of time. They will tell you that you can use your Credit Card but they actually used PayPal express checkout so if something happens and the phone doesn't work like ours, you have to wait like a week on the phone to try and set up a dispute with PayPal..sounds like fun right! SAVE YOUR MONEY...get a new one and have peace of mind at APPLE. FORGET SWAPPA...you get what you pay for in life. You might get lucky this time..but overall, just buy new when you are buying something as important as your phone which you use like 50 times a day. A new one is about $700 and that means if you keep it for around 2 years (easy to do) you are paying like $.88 cents a day to have that phone! NO SWAPPA!

Phone don’t work since I recive don’t hold the charge always turn off from 60% of battery, this to bad

battery did not work well

Battery seems to be busted, im going have to repair it at my local store.

Phone seems to shut down immediately once the battery reaches 20%.

Phone has an active balance and can not be activated pre Sprint.

Phone was supposedly "like new" but had clearly been used a lot and dropped without a case. The connector to the charger would not work properly, so the phone was useless without the ability to charge. Returned for a refund after getting a hassle from Mobilcom regarding return shipping. Communication was very poor from seller, and they kept telling me they had refunded when they hadn't. Took 8 days after they received item to finally send refund. Would never use them again. They really deserve 1 star but Swappa's description of seller rating says to give them 2.

The seller sent the wrong device, but assured me several times that the correct device was still available and would be shipped to me. After returning the mistaken order, the seller cancelled the sale. Unacceptable communication and customer service.
