Despite this review is super late, I just want to say that making business with this sellers was more than perfect.

The phone appeared to work fine for the first couple weeks but then the data stopped working. Wasn't a problem with the provider, I looked into it and it's a known bug with iphone 8s. Not sure if seller was aware of this. Battery was also significantly degraded (below 75% of original)

I was disappointed with this transaction. I purchased a phone which in the description said was unlocked, but found out while trying to activate it, was locked.

I was also disappointed with the charging cord I received with the phone. Not only did it work, but it looked like the cord was held together by clear glue and it was crooked.

The only reason why I’m rating this neutral is because the seller didn’t give me a hard time when I told them of the problems, they attached a return shipping label, and refunded me promptly once they received the device.

In the future, I’m going to be more cautious if I decide to buy a refurbished phone from a larger company.

Items received with all advertised accessories two days earlier than expected. While the description of "close to mint" might be pushing the definition of the term due to several large scratches on the screen, everything functions as normal.

iPhone was not holding charge, the Seller refunded the full amount with no issues. Was very easy to deal with and responded to all questions.

The system gave me some issues, particularly with providing and confirming the correct address which delayed the overall process, but product came as shown and in a pretty timely manner once the issue was corrected.

The phone did not work at first, but Apple was able to repair it free of charge. The seller was willing to refund right away. I did not return it since Apple repaired it quickly. I am happy with the phone.
