There was no communication with this seller or tracking provided. Did get the item but it created confusion because I had no idea this item was delivered mistaking it for something else. I would recommend trying another seller who communicates. Item seems to work okay, but had slight screen defect not described.

Excellent phone, mint condition

Bad transaction. Phone was advertised as good screen but there was large globs of glue under the screen that didn't dry correctly. Phone wasn't advertised as refurbished and glue spots not listed in listing. Had to open PayPal dispute to get a refund. Very disappointing.

FAST SHIPPING, GREAT CONDITION

2. Used usps first class for mailing an iphone(??) which has no tracking.
3. After 3 trips to the post office and 10 days of waiting raised a paypal dispute and got my money back
4. If you buy from this seller make sure to ask specifically for a courier which uses tracking

Bought a Note 5 from Dr. Phone, after receiving it (he never provided tracking information) we took it to TMobile to get a new SIM and they informed us it was blacklisted. Dr. Phone offered to "repair" the IMEI or we could return it. Getting the refund was not prompt and he told different stories to Swappa and Paypal. He still owes for return shipping and is not responding.

My experience with this seller was very poor. The device I received was listed in "Good" condition, but I received the device in a condition such that it should not have been listed on Swappa in the first place. The device had obviously been submerged in a brown liquid at some point, and this liquid had left residue in all of the ports of the device and inside of the SIM card tray. The liquid contact indicator had also been completely removed (instantly disqualifying this device from being listed on Swappa). Looking at the seller's website after purchase I found that this shop buys iPhones in any condition and repairs them. While the device functioned properly for the most part, it was in no condition to be listed on Swappa. Communication from the seller was also poor -- I never received a tracking number for the device, but I did receive it just a few days after purchase. I promptly returned the device because of the conditions above, but it took over a week to issue a refund.

The phone was as advertised., but the seller lacks communication. He shipped the phone late. I asked multipal questions and he never replied. He ended up posting the tracking info 4 days after I bought it with no explanation. If he would have at least told me that he would be shipping at that time I would not have cared and would have giving him 5 stars.
