The phone was as advertised, in mint condition. I received it in the mail quickly, two days. I called T-Mobile to help me add it to their 4G network, just needed to update a setting in the phone. No issues. Would re-buy from this seller. Thanks!

Phone shipped fast. Phone listed as "Mint" phone had a hardware issue. The seller responded promptly to my concerns and agreed to trade it out for another mint phone. He did wait a few days after receiving the original to ship the next phone, so I was without a phone for over a week. Again the phone appeared to be in great physical condition, but the front camera has a black blur on the edges. Some online searching indicates it's a slipped ring inside the camera that would cost a LOT to fix. I'm just going to live with it at this point as it's not too terrible (it looks similar to a vignette at the top), but this is definitely not mint.

Device was stated to be in mint condition, with no note that repairs have been made on the phone. The device has clearly had the screen replaced, and the imei and serial number info under the battery is just a typed lettering on a blank white sticker. Also, whoever replaced the screen left a smudge on the front facing camera, as all pictures taken have a cloudy effect on the same spot. Other than that, the phone works fine. It has restarted on its own a couple times over the last few weeks, but I'm hoping that's just a software issue with the new Lollipop OS.

First phone shipped out had a screen issue, but seller replaced with a functioning phone quickly and refunded the return shipping on the first one. Good customer service after the initial phone was found to have issues.

Phone shipped out fast, clean and in nice cosmetic outlook. The screen doesn't look like the one from the factory (as compared to my own N5 from TMO), but works fine, specially for the price. Overall the phone's in nice condition and functions well.
