Phone was delivered not Unlocked! I'm not happy about this, seller should have double checked before sending. Otherwise, phone came in great condition and works like brand new. Love the phone overall just can't use it. Seller did offer to refund cost to fix it.

The phone was shipped within 30 minutes of the sale. It arrived 2 days later in almost new condition. I am happy with the device.

It did not activate on first attempt. The seller double-checked quickly the phone's ability to activate and confirmed a clean ESN. The phone activated the next day without problem.

Seller listed Galaxy Note 4 as unlocked. Shipping speed was fast and I recieved the device 2 days later. Turns out the device was locked. The seller communicated that he "thought it was unlocked" and offered to refund $15 for the code. Later he said he would purchase the unlock code from a third party. Waited almost a week and still no code. He ignored me when I asked twice what service he used to get the unlock code. Very frustrating experience it would have been a lot better if he would have made sure it was unlocked before listing that in his ad and if he would just have got the code from T-mobile. It would have only taken 2 days and saved me a lot of time and money. Eventually I got tired of waiting and purchased the code myself from getunlocked.com. 5 hours later I had the code! Communication was great for the most part but unhappy with how this worked out

Phone arrived promptly. Device was described as in mint condition, and other than the bottom right hand side of the screen being raised, and some light bleed coming through, the rest of the device was fine. I bought two phones from different sellers and the other phone does not have this issue.

Was as described. Said it was mint and it was. Ordered on Sunday and received it on Thursday (California to Arizona). Phone works great.

The seller provided the product as advertised. The phone itself was in mint condition and it came packaged with an official charger and AC adapter. The seller also did a good job in updating me with the tracking information of the product, which was provided the next day. The expedited shipping was a plus. I didn't have much interaction with the seller, but there wasn't really a need as the entire process was quick and there were no discrepancies with how the product was advertised.

Phone arrived well-packaged and without any external damage to the box, however, there was a small chip on the phone's edge and a crack on its screen. Chose this seller based upon his excellent rating so am sure this is just an unfortunate one-off, although the damage to the phone is a mystery and a disappointment. Had to return phone and incur some financial loss.
