Okay so this phone was a nightmare. It worked fine for about a day but then started randomly restarting. I did a factory reset and it happened again and again. One time it wouldnt let me turn it on at all. Reading about the phone on xdadevelopers.com people were having the same issue after the first android marshmallow update for this phone. Many said the next ota update fixed their problem. So I went ahead and took the update and now after running fine overnight and well into the next day it restarted again and I can't even power it on. I have been without a phone for a few days out of town at work and now that I'm home I need to get this resolved asap. Please tell me what we can do from here.

Device in great condition, had no trouble setting it up and everything is working fine. Thanks!

update: 40 days later, I go a NO SIM error and sent the device in to Samsung for repair. They returned it unfixable due to an unauthorized repair. Nowhere was the phone listed as "refurbished."

cellphone was not as describe, it had a yellow blemish on screen or image retention. good shape, good communication.
