Phone is good. Great condition. Everything works well. No complaints.

Other than a small mark on the LG logo in the bezel the phone is in great condition.

Worst experience on swappa.com so far.
Last time I make the mistake of dealing with them. They shipped me the wrong model phone and took their sweet time responding and issuing me a refund. Total waste of time.

I received the phone. Packaged really well. And for it to be a used phone it is in great condition from my perspective. I was really impressed with the lightning fast shipping notification that happened litreally right after I made the purchase! I've never had that happen before. Great job! I would definitely recommend this seller.

Device received was DOA. That happens, and is not a problem. What was a problem was the the consistent refusal to communicate once they were notified. Additionally, the seller accused me of attempting to defraud them, due to taking 15 days to ship the item back (I was waiting on them to respond for 12 of those days.)

Additionally, they refused to answer questions about how to ship the item back to them...and then complained about how I shipped it. Finally, the seller has still refused to refund my return shipping, per Swappa policy for a DOA device.

The snowstorm delayed the USPS delivery but that's no fault of the seller. The phone still came in perfect condition and works well.

I purchased the device from the seller with no issues and the seller sent the phone out in a timely manner however the seller has failed to respond to my messages. Once I received the phone I spent two days trying to activate the phone and was unsuccessful after spending multiple hours on the phone with T-Mobile it was determined that the phone has a sim card reading error and was not able to connect to t-mobiles network. I reached out to the seller and proposed a solution for the situation and still have not received an answer from the seller.
