One of my best experiences with buying an Apple product from a third-party seller... the buying process was straightforward. Once I placed the order, the product came home in about 3 days, great shipping. The Apple Watch came home as listed in the listing, in mint condition, and the price was amazing. I am excited to use this watch in my daily life and hope to buy more products.

Phone arrived very quickly. But TouchID did not work (apparently due to a non-Apple screen repair), so seller offered me my choice of a return, a replacement, or a partial refund to compensate for the hardware problem. Not sure how this one got past quality control, but the seller did handle it well post-delivery, so all's well that ends well! Positive rating.

Item was marked as mint but had scratches on frame and one very minor scratch on screen. Nothing deal-breaking but not "mint," and I wouldn't have bought it had I known beforehand.

An ABSOLUTE positive experience.

No hassle at all. Phone shipped within 24hr of purchase and came as described. Seller added free priority shipping instead of standard without me asking.

Also included was new charging cable, outlet box and sim card tool (also without me asking). No marks or scratches outside given photos.

Only (small, small) complaint I have is that phone was not fully factory reset. Came stock with no added programs and resetting phone myself was no hassle at all. Listed "serial" number is IMEI but everything else matches. But honestly, it was such a positivr experience and I hope to do business again with this seller in the future.
