Got the phone 3 days after, phone was in good condition with slightly blemishes and everything was working fine, great service.

Wife has not had any issues with this phone.

While I appreciate receiving the phone quickly and in the condition it was listed, I wanted to let you know that the phone was only system reset and NOT storage reset.

That is, the prior owner's pictures, downloads and some application data was still in the storage of the phone.

I know wiping the phone is likely the responsibility of the prior owner but you really should double-check this before sending the phone to a buyer.

I hope you'll be more careful in the future.

The phone has arrived as described however a couple of weeks later the phone will not charge. I spoke with Google and the phone is still under warranty. Apparently they will replace the phone if I can contact the point of sale.
