The sale started fine, but the phone could not be activated because of what I gather was an oversight by the seller. I was able to swap the phone out, but the extra time taken to do that, plus the amount it cost to ship the phone back with insurance (though they did refund a portion of it), soured things a bit for me. I had hoped for better, but they did what they could. Everything else was fine. Phone's in good shape, activated just fine, etc.; just wish I hadn't had to exchange it in the first place.

Very disappointing:
-- Item was *not* "Mint" as advertised. According to Apple Store tech, the visible damage to the case at the charging slot would have eventually broken the charging port and rendered the device unusable,
-- the device would not charge properly because the battery was worn out and "fully consumed"

When I returned the iPad to the seller, I sent it back in the original box they had shipped it in. The *least* expensive USPS shipping option was $12.98. The seller's maximum shipping reimbursement: $8, even after I explained this to them.

Result: I lost $5 of my own money, and wasted a couple of weeks dealing with a defective device that never should have been sold in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE: I can not recommend anyone doing any business with this outfit.
