The phone arrived in excellent condition, the bootloader was unfortunately locked and the seller offered a refund or replacement. I chose to keep the device and the seller then issued a partial refund to compensate for the bootloader. Very happy with the device and with the seller

Bought 2 phones back to back and both got issues. One has a cracked camera and the other has the taptic engine part loose and moving inside the phone. Don't trust this seller when they advertised "All our devices are professionally tested & inspected by our expert technicians". Apparently both of my phones were bad. I notified the seller about the taptic issue and before finding out details the seller accused me of my expectation are "too high". This seller offered only $30 to help fix the part when the cost is around $80. Not willing to make the customer happy like they said "100% customer satisfaction". I wasn't happy so I returned both phones. I'm still waiting for my 2nd phone shipping refund. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!

Pay attention to the 30 day guarantee...Swappa won't even help if it is past that time frame. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service of both this seller and Swappa.
