Shipping was faster than expected. However, after a few weeks had some issues with the phone's battery, which ultimately had to be replaced. After contacting the seller, they refused to help. Pay attention to the 30 day guarantee...Swappa won't even help if it is past that time frame. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service of both this seller and Swappa.

Everything on the phone works aside from the speaker you put against your ear when talking on a call, the output is extremely low.
