Good. Had to make some adjustments, but got the phone to work fully for me.

The sale process was fine. The phone worked initially. Stopped working after 1.5 months. Internal evidence that the phone likely had water in it and was previously disassembled.
I lowered the rating due to the rude tone of their email when I let them know that the phone I received failed after a month and a half. I never requested a refund or compensation as I was just letting them know it may be something to look for in the future, yet they felt the need to inform me that I was entitled to nothing.
