Had the phone for one day, no issues with the hardware or software. Phone came exactly as described. Paid for express shipping and seller delivered, but I can't say the same about the USPS Seattle Washington Distribution center whom kept my package over the weekend. That's a problem with USPS however, as the seller did ship using USPS Priority Express. Other than that, good transaction, would buy from them again.

When I received this phone, it would not connect to the Sprint network even after bringing it into a Sprint store. I bought this listed under Sprint, yet it wouldn't work with Sprint, the workers couldn't even find it under their system. They told me that a previous owner had used it under either a prepaid plan, Boost or something similar, with the phone still locked. I tried explaining this to Used-Gadget with no luck, they responded with telling me that it's supposed to connect to Sprint, but when I said it wouldn't connect and asked if they knew the previous carrier, they ignored me for 4 days until I asked for a refund. Overall, not a very helpful experience.

For the most part this phone is as described and arrived quickly. The only problem is that the speaker function does not work. This is frustrating because it was not listed as problem in the description of the phone and no one can hear me when I put them on speaker. I don't know if they knew this prior to selling the phone or not but all phones should be checked for these sort of problems before being sent out. Also the phone was not on factory setting when received. This is not a huge problem to see since I know how to reset it, however someone less experienced with phones may find this a challenge and confusing.

Phone is in great physical condition and seems to be 100% operational so far. Very pleased!
