Waited about a month to write a review as I wanted to make sure I had ample time to test the phone. Phone arrived fairly quickly and was in a secured package. Phone condition was listed as Mint but had several minor scuffs on it, which is fine, I wasn't expecting a perfect phone since it was secondhand. My biggest issue was that the phone's camera, right off the bat, was taking blurry pictures. Something was wrong with the camera and the lens. I had to take the phone to a repair shop to have that fixed (and pay for it). Everything else works great.
Overall, I'm glad I was able to purchase an iPhone 5S for relatively cheap, but not so happy it wasn't as described and even less happier the camera had to be repaired. Will probably avoid buying from vendor in the future.

Although I had a few hiccups with the buying process on Swappa due to being a new user, this seller provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and I am thankful for their help.

The phone came within a couple days. I had to wait for a SIM card (online cell provider only), but once service was established, the phone has worked as it should. My husband is very satisfied. The phone is mint condition minus a couple very tiny scratches around the charge port, I believe. Very nice phone, and very good service! Thank you!
